This conference meets the California Emergency Management Agency (CalEMA) approval for use of Department of Homeland Security funds.
To confirm that Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) funds can
be accessed for this event, please contact your local grant representative.


Registration is now available onsite only. Please visit the registration desk at the Long Beach Convention Center and we will be happy to assit you.


Conference Fees:
MSE 2009 Government Rate: $595
MSE 2009 Industry Rate: $795
All Hazards Forum Only: $45
Expo Only Attendee: Free

MSE 2009 Conference Fees include:
Full conference program and expo hall access, refreshment breaks, two lunches, access to released presentations, access to All Hazards Forum sessions.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund (less a $50 processing fee) will be made if written notification is received prior to September 15, 2009. No refunds will be issued after this date. A registered participant may at any time subsitute the name of another person in his or her place. Name change requests should be submitted via email to ferris@ejkrause.com.
